[vlc-devel] make resume playback be the default setting ， no confirmation

VLC can finally  resume playback where you left off last time, this is quite a helpful feature , but it does still need a confirmation

I think resuming playback should be a default setting and with  no confirmation, because




It’s worth remembering that when a customer returns to a website oran application, he frequently wants to pick up where he left off.
