[vlc-devel] [PATCH] do not put symlinks in the .tar.bz2

Symlinks work fine with msys. They are untar as the copy of the link
target. The problem is that particular symlink that links to your local
file and not a file in the .tar.

Either it's not needed and should be removed. Or it's needed and so it
should link to the file in the .tar.
