[vlc-devel] Where is MPEG-2 video decoded

Hi all,

Can anyone point me to where MPEG-2 video is decoded? I'm working with
I-frame only video, and I'm trying to develop the ability to step backwards
frame-by-frame. It seems like this should be doable for such a limited
scenario. Thanks.
