[vlc-devel] Error cross compiling for Win32

OK. What I was doing to get the prebuilts was:

mkdir -p contrib/win32
cd contrib/win32
../bootstrap --host=x86_64-w64-mingw32
make fetch
make

Is there something else I should do? David
