None for now. I have muxer patches and I had to revert extension box
handling for now due to private data endianness change and 2 extra bytes
before OpusHead (which I can't find explanation. Encoder bug ?).

But since headers are sent with first samples, you'll find that opus
already works when enabled in muxer.
