[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Only use --rtsp-client-port when sending RTSP SETUP request

Yes, that is the case. When using an embedded player where you set the 
--rtp-client-port you can only play RTSP feeds. Feeds defined in SDP 
(such as multicast feeds) fail to play.
