[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Add include on WINSTORE for QueueTimer functions

It appears the MSDN documentation is actually incorrect about the header
name
It is threadpoollegacyapiset and not threadpoolapilegacyset
Updated patch to reflect this.
I have also sent in a note to Microsoft to fix their documentation.
The update has already been pushed to mingw-w64 also :)
