On the one hand, all other things being equal, people will obviously 
prefer LGPL over GPL. On the other hand if the GPL implementation is 
significantly better than the LGPL one, or there is no LGPL 
implementation, then it makes sense to have a GPL plugin though.

So you can use ccextractor code, but only in a new separate plugin.
