[vlc-devel] Support for distant MRL subtitles

I dnt know if is a good idea to load a subtitle from a mrl directly.

I already did this in android but I just writed a fucntion taht download
the subtitle to local cache dir and then just set up the subtitle in normal
way.There are some problems if subtitle is not on local device but I'm too
tired now to try to remember
