[vlc-devel] [PATCH] vmem: Aspect ratio support

For example, some iptv channels has non-square pixel dimensions, libvlc updates SAR info for video tracks asynchronously and calls Control function with VOUT_DISPLAY_CHANGE_SOURCE_ASPECT query in vout module. vmem used with custom painter, it can handle user AR changing but it needs some signal when VLC detects pixel AR.
