[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Fixed pause issue for streams without end (live cameras)

Hi Ross,
correct me if I am wrong. In the live555 code I see that the RTCP reports
are enabled after the PLAY command (RTSPClient.cpp file). But you don't
disable it when the video is paused.
Does the Live555 library controls how often the RTCP packets are sent or
this has to be done by the client, VLC?
