[vlc-devel] Request To translate VLC to Chichewa

Hello,

I am Robert from Malawi, Africa a writer and motion graphic designer. I
would love to translate VLC to our local language Chichewa. VLC is the
preferred player in my country and this would be a gift to video lovers
here.

Also i would like to mess around with the graphics.
