Thank you for that.

I only noticed it because I run contrib bootstrap with --enable-x264 to
build a newer version than I have on my system.

If I do a make clean right now, .sum-x264 & .x264 are not removed.

Would it be safe to add $(PKGS_ENABLE) to $(PKGS_ALL) instead?
