In my case use window handle is not a option, I can't use it inside QML and
NW.js/Electron. I just don't have any window hanlde

The worst thing I can't embed static libvlc plugin inside my app (like I
can it do with gstreamer for example), so will need to support it myself
for all platforms - It's the thing I try to avoid, but maybe will have to
do it, since vmem in vlc-3.0 is broken atm.
