[vlc-devel] AppImage for distributing VLC builds for Linux

Dear VLC team,
is there any kind of interest to get a VLC AppImage 3.0.0 working?
I would be happy to do the majority of the work but would need the
input of some people knowledgeable about the inner workings of VLC in
order to get this into a polished state.
