Hi,

Looks like they rushed out this release a bit, because of the security issues.
https://github.com/sparkle-project/Sparkle/releases/tag/1.13.1 mentioned some confusion with an early binary release, maybe thats the reason why they redid the tarball….

Still, thats no reason to just modify existing files...
