[vlc-devel] Missing dependency on ubuntu

I followed the steps for building master branch on ubuntu, and I installed
the dependencies
using

$ sudo apt-get build-dep vlc

but I still had to manually install the protocol buffer compiler

protobuf-compiler

So, you may need to update the dependency package.
