[vlc-devel] Advisory: Qt 5.7.1 is broken

	Hello,

There appears to be a binary compatibility regression in Qt 5.7.1 (from 5.7.0) 
that makes pretty much anything using Qt5 crash (unless rebuilt against 5.7.1) 
- including VLC in my experience:

DO NOT UPGRADE. Consider yourselves warned.


If you have upgraded anyway, you can force a rebuild of VLC. But if you have 
any other Qt-based programs, you may be SOL.
