I tried it and indeed it doesn't work. I tried an ES MPEG-1 file and
it works via libmpeg2 (if avcodec is not found). Not sure what codec
we think is essential for unit testing. But in the end I realized the
image.jpg file that is already in git creates a vout. I originally
thought it didn't work as I wasn't waiting for the vout at that time.

New patches incoming.
