[vlc-devel] regression: precompiled lua scripts in /share (#18639)

Commit 061b7bbcd3 ("share: Install precompiled lua scripts in /share
instead of /lib") causes a regression. The installed .luac files are not
generic:

I think at least for non-OSX they should remain in nobase_vlclib_DATA.
