[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Sentences in LONGTEXT description

Hello,

Before starting translation for 3.0 I would like to improve consistency 
of the messages. I believe that "LONGTEXT" should contain a sentence, so 
it should start with a capital letter and end with a period. I'm not 
sure, how to make it convenient - to compose one big patch or split it 
by source files. So I decided to make a partial patch. If it's ok, I 
will make another one (or two).
