Mr Zhou is correct.  If your RTSP server provides access to a multicast stream (which it apparently does, according to the SDP that he posted in his “before.txt” and “after.txt” examples), then the “port=“ parameter in the “Transport:” header (in the RTSP “SETUP” request and response) is standard.  Your server should not be choking on this parameter when it sees it in the RTSP “SETUP” request.

(I don’t quite understand how you never ran into this issue before, unless you never tested your RTSP server with a multicast stream, and with VLC as the RTSP client.)
