X11 is dead too, the strategy is hoping EGL on wayland will work with
NVIDIA GPUs.

What do you mean with Tegra ? Is it running on Linux with X11 ? BTW, if
there is no GLX modules, there won't be a fallback and EGL/X11 will
still be used.

I don't know about the others things we could blacklist, I only target
NVIDIA EGL because because it crashes. I saw it crash with different
computers, with different distributions with different drivers. Maybe we
have a big issue on our EGL implementation but I could not find it.
