Not going to add a bool for every possible base stream upgrade.

At codec level we already can change main codec, or set original codec.
But both will have the same requirements on changes/remappings.

The only real issue is audio_format_t.

FYI
DTS standard also specifies that MPEG2 streams will broadcast DTS as
DTS-HD on DTS-HD programs...
