It is not clear which license would apply, since the code lists quite a few 
different ones, including some, I believe, mutually incompatible.

In any case, if combined with VLC, the exceptions for proprietary plugins, 
drivers and Microsoft redistributable would have to be dropped. I guess that 
the result would not function at all?
