Actually, this works great with WASAPI:
If you configure DTSH_HD @768khz, it'll fail with S/PDIF, then you can
fallback on DTS @48kHz.

For pulseaudio, from my test cases, it never fails with DTS @192kHz,
even with S/PDIF (so maybe the restart thing is useless). By the way, I
don't really get it, I'm able to play DTS-HD-MA 7.1 via S/PDIF. I tested
with a channel test sample, I could hear each channels individually.
