We know HRTFs are highly listener-specific.
Our aim is to allow each user to use its own set of HRTFs in the SOFA 
format and use a default one it none is specified. I have already made a 
Windows build that allows that. The fact it is not the case in this 
patch set is an error on my side that will be fixed.
