[vlc-devel] Bugfix backport

Hello,

Would it be possible to backport this bugfix from the master branch to the 2.2 branch?
431812a1fdb400fe4d1051ca40575ce2b09ba535 "packetizer: h264: fix next VCL NAL test"

The bug prevents using the NRI bits in an H.264 stream NALU headers to distinguish between NALUs of different level of interest.
