The relevant change to `src/contrib/libarchive/rules.mak` was already
done in `ee241a4`; it is however unfortunate that the relevant change
to `configure.ac` did not make it in at the same time.

See attached patch.

However, in my opinion we should bump the required libarchive version
to `3.3.1` (or at least `3.3.0`) as this is the latest stable release
(and it has some nice advantages over `3.2.0`).

I will submit patches for such a change at a later time (after some
benchmarks and testing to make sure that it is actually a
required/wanted/necessary change).
