[vlc-devel] Unable to find "vlc_interface.h"

Hi to all
I'm attempting to compile my first vlc (access_demux) plugin under
ubuntu. I followed wiki at :

https://wiki.videolan.org/OutOfTreeCompile/

but the result is :

 vlc_interface.h: No such file or directory

Did I forget to install something ? Commands :

pkg-config --libs vlc-plugin
pkg-config --cflags vlc-plugin
pkg-config --modversion vlc-plugin

returns correct values.  Where I find this header ?
whereis command returns none.
