[vlc-devel] PSA: run bootstrap

	Hello,

After you pull vlc.git today, you MUST rerun the bootstrap script.
'make' alone will NOT update the build system properly, as it normally does 
(because a new autotools helper must be imported).

If you don't, expect build problems.

P.S.: Special thanks for letting other people warn of your build system 
changes, not to even mention feature freeze.
