A new label widget has been added to toolbar.cpp [Tools->Customise 
Interface->Toolbar Elements]
label has value "Styles: "
Tooltips over "Flat Button", "Big Button" and "Native Slider" have been 
changed to
"Give the button a flat appearance without a boarder"
"Give the button a larger appearance"
"Use the same style for sliders as the system"
respectively.

Translations will need to be provided for the new text
