Finally, dropping only SET_NEXT_DISPLAY_TIME is enough to fix #19689.

I don't get it. The slave and the master are always behing the timeshift es in all cases. Also, I don't see any changes when recording with via INPUT_CONTROL_SET_RECORD_STATE.
