Scratch that part, since vlc_interrupt.h includes vlc_threads.h we can't use any function from vlc_interrupt.h inside vlc_threads.h, so I guess the helpers will stay in cxx_helpers.hpp :)

IMO the part about not having vlc_threads.h included by default still stands though.
