[vlc-devel] I meet a problem when compiling vlc of windows ， who can help me

hello
I meet a problem when compiling vlc of windows on my ubuntu18.04 system。I follow the instructions on https://wiki.videolan.org/Win32Compile/#Obtaining_the_toolchain
but I find problem like this
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32/7.3-win32/libstdc++.a(cow-stdexcept.o):(.text$_Z35_txnal_cow_string_C1_for_exceptionsPvPKcS_+0x2c): relocation truncated to fit: R_X86_64_PC32 against undefined symbol `_ITM_RU1'


who can tell me how can I fix it.
