[vlc-devel] Fwd: I want to help translating; the translation maintainer's contact is not available

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you of my interest in helping translate VLC Media
player (or any other VideoLAN non-profit project) into Arabic. It would be
a great honor for me to be a part of your team.

I know that the process of offering translation services requires
contacting the target-language maintainer, but the page that is dedicated
to provide maintainers names and emails (www.videolan.org/developers/i18n)
doesn't contain Arabic's maintainer name though it lists Arabic.

Considering the given fact, whom should I contact know to be a translation
contributor?
