[vlc-devel] [PATCH] lua: use -1 instead of 0 as the ref mtime when loading a file

If I replace the ~= comparator with < in "new_mtime ~= mtime" it makes
sense I think considering this is a timestamp so it should be positive and
incremental.

Without it indeed doesn't make sense, my bad.
