[vlc-devel] [patch] playlist sorting change '1' to '+1'

building upon the "playlist node sort issue#2" discussion, attached is
a patch, per Remi's request, to change '1' to '+1' in the playlist
sorting code. (To be applied on top of the patch from the previous
discussion).
