Hi,

Using namespaces does not avoid having to use void pointers as already pointed out multiple times in multiple venues.

I don't really care if we use namespaces. But I don't see how it's any better than using proper different type names. It saves some renaming efforts, but it does NOT avoid casting, and it makes debugging harder.
