[vlc-devel] GSOC [PATCH]

[Abdel-Rahman Hashem El-feraly]

Hello ,My name is Abdel-Rahman , it's the first time for me to join GSOC.

 I want to take /solve issue #20050 , however i'm
lost  in how to patch it ..so any useful simple guidance will be
appreciated.

Also i have building error  , i want to configure using  fPIC ,i can't do
it  ..i'm stuck at ./configure --enable-shared --enable-pic -fPIC
