GetVencOption() and hardware specific encoder functions are the same than the chromecast ones, right ?
They should be factorized. I'm afraid we'll forget to check for upnp when we do a fix on the chromecast sout (or vice-versa).
The functions could be moved on a separate file, like stream_out/renderer_common.c/.h
