[vlc-devel] [PATCH] core: move vlc_vout_wrapper.h in the core

Probably something to talk during the vout workshop. But I think none of 
the APIs should be used by other modules.

The inline are just helpers to macros that can be called otherwise.

I'd like the split the crop functions as well and fix a TODO in the core 
about window vs border cropping parameters.
