Not knowing more about it and not having any insights on that code, the best thing I could think of was to "softly" inhibit the code if reuse port is not available. Anyway my very first attempt at fixing the issue was indeed ifdef-ing the code out for Android builds.

Back to the patch then, I know the define for an Android build is __ANDROID__ . What is the Linux define to switch on that as well?
