[vlc-devel] The VLC app does not work properly on windows OS

HI  the application

in the last version (3.0.6) the program appears improperly In the latest
version of the program when following the steps mentioned, the program
shows you improperly
as shown in the pictures

Step 1 Select some videos
step 2 right click after select videos
step 3 Then select (play with VLC media player )

After that, the program will appear incorrectly as shown in the picture
