[vlc-devel] need help for gsoc(2019)

Dear all,
I am soumyanil jana, a final year undergraduate student from Indian
Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. I have gone through the list of
project ideas and have build the library from source.I guess my next step
should be to send a patch and for that I was browsing the list of open
tickets but tickets are not tagged by the level of difficulty. It would be
great if help me finding easy tasks.
