Look at the website, it's supported by a ton of IDEs already, even by 
GitHub. Why GitLab support that means we would be able to edit files 
with a clean syntax all the time (for the parts that it cover), possibly 
also checking during Merge Requests.

I'm just surprised QtCreator is not in there.
