[vlc-devel] About difficulty level of idea list

Hello sir,
        I am Abhishek Suresh Pachorkar first year undergraduate student of
department of mathematics at Indian Institiute of Technolgy, Kharagpur. I
want to ask if you can update the difficulty level of idea list so that it
will be easy for me to choose the project. What should be my next step, to
provide a patch or start working on proposal?
