[vlc-devel] Deduplicating RC

	Hello,

It has now been 11,5 years that we have two functionally duplicate command 
line interfaces, Lua RC and "old" RC. That has accumulated an enormous waste 
of maintainance efforts. Enough is enough.

I don't really care either way, but unless the TC determines otherwise by 
then, I will delete one of them in a week.

If you have a preference, please let your reasoning be known.
