[vlc-devel] [PATCH] configure.ac: add option to disable Qt check

Hi,

Indeed, the wording is wrong, it's not about the static build, but about
builds that are meant to be used solely through the Qt interface. In this
case, the check is useless and takes a lot of time.

For the static build, I had in mind Windows and my embedded system use
case, which perfectly match this situation. But Linux desktop wouldn't
be concerned by this for example.

I'll send a new patch with new wording and content.
