No that's clearly not the case. I've seen plenty of commits getting through in 
less than that and mostly not from me.

It's 24 hours (now) or it's one week (like before).

As I said before I will not acknowledge anything in between that amounts to 
full time workers screwing over part-timers and hobbyists.
